You really can't be definite unless you ask. Filipino traditions are definitely different than China and Japan. Filipinos are actually considered Pacific Islanders and are not actually Asian. As for the jungle people comment, it's actually funny but it's wrong to stereotype filipino's to take home coffee and/or toilet paper. I've worked with many caucasions who do that and to me it's just a matter of their upbringing. I watched Nastia and her routine was near perfect, then I saw the chinese girl do it and make noticable mistakes.
